PRIDE month may be over, but we want to continue our support! Join us for a Let’s Go Birding Together walk at Rowe Sanctuary on August 16th! Let’s Go Birding Together walks are for everyone who loves birds and the outdoors. We welcome those who identify as LGBTQ, allies, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy an outdoor experience that is inclusive. This event will begin at 8:30am at the Iain Nicolson Audubon Center and will include approximately a ½ mile walk on Rowe Sanctuary’s hiking trails. This event is free, fun, and an easy way for people of all ages and abilities to learn tricks and tips to identify local birds!
We recommend participants wear long pants, closed toe shoes, a hat, bug spray and sunscreen.
