Volunteer with Us

Help OutNebraska make Nebraska a better place for LGBTQ+ people! Whether you’re an experienced advocate, student, ally, new to the community, or just looking to get more involved, we need volunteers to help us make a difference.

(OutNebraska can also sign-off on volunteer hours.)

Nebraska Competes Recruiting

Help us find and recruit businesses to the Nebraska Competes coalition. This business coalition supports LGBTQ+ nondiscrimination protections to help our state attract top talent and improve our workforce.
What you’ll do: Get training on how to reach out to businesses, and then you’ll send letters, emails, and phone calls to businesses around the state.
How to get involved: Send us a message or stop by our office on a Wednesday afternoon.
