Public Policy Power Hour: Gender Equity | Women’s Fund of Omaha

More than 250 anti-LGBTQ bills were introduced across the country last year and real harm is being done in communities throughout Nebraska due to anti-LGBTQ policies. Our work is inclusive of all individuals, including transgender and gender expansive people who experience gender-based oppression. During this discussion, we will overview the ways policy can uplift those who are oppressed as well as how we can stop policies that further discriminate and harm individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. Experts from LGBTQ+ rights organizations will join us.
