Free HIV Testing for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day | Nebraska AIDS Project Lincoln

For National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, NAP will be providing free HIV testing from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at their office on 37th and O St in Lincoln. Individuals can walk in for a free HIV test and/or be informed about the other services NAP offers. They can also grab some giveaway items like bags, condoms, and snacks regardless of whether or not they choose to test that day.

This awareness day helps highlight how black communities in America are disproportionately affected by HIV due to many barriers like racial bias in healthcare and stigma. The Nebraska Aids Project works to bridge those gaps and provide individuals with the access to care they need
