OutNebraska, the organizer of Nebraska’s annual LGBTQ film festival, announces the date of the 11th Prairie Pride Film Festival (PPFF), running July 15th through the 18th virtually with  an announcement on location at a future date. After a successful virtual event in 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns, the decision was made to keep the festival virtual for 2021.   This will allow the organization to continue to feature independent LGBTQA films to the entire state of Nebraska.

OutNebraska is also proud to also announce for the first time the festival will be open to submissions. The 11th year of the festival continues the tradition of using art to advocate and start important community conversations. The PPFF helps OutNebraka EDUCATE, ADVOCATE, and most importantly, CELEBRATE LGBTQ+ culture and community building through activities and programs.
